I would do this trade. You're getting Kershaw and Sandoval and you're giving up Andrus who is average this year and Pence who is really good, but your OF is stacked. Kershaw is arguably the best pitcher. I would do it

what if he counters with Desmond Jennings and Kershaw for Andrus and Pence?
Still worth it?

I agree Panda > Jennings, but do what you got to. Either way I'd still do it.

I agree I like both of these deals. Both trades makes your team better in both hitting and pitching.

He countered with this
His Kershaw/Pablo/Espinosa
My Felix/Kipnis
am i giving up too much?
Also R Weeks, Ackley and Kendrick would be available to me on the WW
OR....
Should I counter with this
His Pablo/Kershaw/Jennings/Cano for My Andrus, Kipnis, Felix and Pence - not sure if it's enough to nab those four.

Yes I would counter with that and see if he'll accept that. I doubt he will but then see what he counters. I think you are giving up a little too much for on his last counter. Either way I would include kipnis if you are getting a cano in return but other than that I would try and avoid kipnis because you don't have much back up at 2b. However, you have lots of back up at SS so I would try and move Elvis instead
