While I do think youk will have a better remainder of the year than Prado I think the difference is not a Ryan Dempster. You should e able to get slightly more due to his sky high value right now. I would do Dempster and clippard for a top notch starter, demps and Janssen, or pence and demps for a top notch OF.

Txs for the reply to mine (I added more if you have time)

I would absolutely trade Dumpster(lol) for Youk....

I would try Pence+Hughes/Marcum for Kershaw (you would and could use him if you trade Dempster as well so....

Good Luck m8!

Ok.....sorry....forgot about that part....let me try this over again...half asleep...lol

I am not a big fan nor never have of Dempster (even though he is on fire right now except for K's) so I like the idea of trading him for Youk (I think Youk will be solid and a better fit at 3B over Prado.

The issue is trying to get Kershaw....I don't think Pence for Kershaw will cut it (as doesn't anyone else) but the issue is you only really have a couple other options if it must be Pence + another Offensive guy....you can go Pence+Prado, Pence+Emilio or Pence+Plouffe or Pence+Rizzo....so let's break that down...I don't like the idea of giving up Rizzo so that's out.....I think I would try Pence+Prado/Plouffe/Emilio.....I do like the fact of Plouffe and Emilio having multi positions )Prado as well but the other 2 have more depending on your league) but don't like the way they are playing right now...personally I would keep Plouffe so that leaves an injury prone Emilio who is a SB threat only or Prado....you pick! (personally I would try Pence+Bonifacio for Kershaw since you have a ton of SB guys already and Prado gets SB as well.)

So my answers are I would trade Dempster for Youk (I think Dempster will go back to being in the Dumpdter soon) and then offer up Bonifacio+Pence for Kershaw...

Good Luck M8!

I am not sold on Youk being totally rejouvinated...and am personally hoping Demspter continues to be solid...so I might not do this. But it is not a terrible deal by any means if you think Youk is going to play to his card.

Thanks for the help on mine ;-D

With this being an OBP league, Youk does carry more value than usual. The boost in value makes it a fair swap if you can afford the pitching loss.

I would not make this trade, I don't think Youk is going to keep this up for the rest of the season, I am just not sold on him, and Dempster has been pitching well, but he is on the Cubs so he is not getting much help, but I think he will get traded before the trade deadline, so he will probably end up with a contender which will make him a little more valuable.

Help me out
