it looked awful. he couldnt put his weight on it while being helped to the clubhouse.
conflicting reports on knee and ankle.

just what my team needed. Another freakin injury. Ellsbury finally came back and i immediately lose Bautista and Lawrie.
At least tehyll look nice on my DL next to Beachy and Morrow :-P

edit - ml network now saying "calf" injury for Lawrie. so who knows

Looks like more like the achilles.

At least they will party on the DL.

Lawrie, Buatista, Morrow, Drabek, Hutchison, McGowan, Sergio Santos, Litsch they will have quite a party.

aaaaaaaaand Lee's crappy season continues with a HR off the bat of Juan Rivera.

however in a slight bit of good news (for me, not for AL pitchers) I just heard Bautista's MRI revealed no structural damage. just some inflammation.

Dear Cliff Lee,

I honestly don't care if you don't get the win, I'm already used to you not getting wins. But could you at least get a sub 2.50 ERA today? Considering I'm sitting at 2.38 and my opponent is at 1.97, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
A concerned fantasy owner

Dear James McDonald,

Since I own you in two non-bench leagues where you've been fantastic outside of Coors field, can you please, please stay the heck out of Denver for the rest of ... forever? !+) %-6 :-P
