E. jackson or W. Rodriguez?

I have an open spot on my team and both guys are available. Jackson seems to be streaky but can be very valuable during his hot stretches and plays on the better team. Wandy is a good pitcher on a bad team who also has his ups and downs. Who is the better pickup looking at the second half? Thanks for your help.

I'm going with Wandy. But only because he is more consistent. He also might be dealt to a contender, which would help him get more wins.

Jackson has been pretty bad lately but I am thinking he will put it together int he second half. Isn't Wandy pretty solid usually in the second half?? Not sure about Jackson
