I get
Cliff Lee, Mike Napoli, and Trevor Cahill
I give
2nd round pick
Ervin Santana
Jesus Montero
Here's my team
My team:
C: Yadi Molina
1B Mark Teixeira
2B Dan Uggla
3B Hanley Ramirez
SS Starlin Castro
OF Alex Rios
OF Adam Jones
OF Melky Cabrera
Uti David Freese
Uti Alejandro De Aza
bench: Coco Crisp, Jesus Montero
SP RA Dickey
SP Ryan Dempster
SP Ervin Santana
SP Tom Milone
SP Josh Beckett
SP Tom Hanson
RP Jon Axford
RP Scott Downs
bench: Tom Milone
DL Roy Halladay
DL Dan Haren
I know i dont necessarily need Napoli but I've been stuck in 3rd and I need another bat and better SPs to put me over the top. 4th place to 8th place is very close to me also. Its 12 team league
Should I do this trade? Is it worth my 2nd round piick next year?

What kind of league is this? Keeper, I'm assuming? How many do you keep year-to-year?

Tough one...if you think it is the best deal you can get and you think this gives you a shot at putting you over the top I'd do it, but I'd feel better if I was either giving up a slightly lower pick or getting a slightly better pitcher than Cahill.
If Lee or Napoli would be keepers for you then it is pretty good as you get help this year and next.
Mine please?

dont, a second round pick is like a big pick. hallady and haren should come back healthy. you have a great catcher and cahill is inconsistent
check out my question
