who should i drop for carl crawford?

i am in a 8 team h2h league
i want to pick him up but i am having trouble deciding who to drop.
these are the players i am considering: colby rasmus, michael young, and trevor plouffe.
which one of these do u think i should go with?

I would drop Young. He looks done this year. Rasmus at the very least is young and has shown power potential. I wouldn't drop Plouffe.

That being said without seeing your roster you need to take my advice with a grain of salt.

That's honestly a tough one, all of their projected stats are very tight, only thing that makes me shaky is Plouffe is a Twin, so that's probably who I would drop...

I'd drop Young as well. He's hitting ok, but has 0 HRs in the last month, 8 RBI, and 8 R. Crawford is a decent bet to hit for a similar average (if not better), and get at least the same run production, plus some added speed.

I would drop michael young and keep plouffe as your platoon. I dropped plouffe for avilles and i haven't been able to forgive myself since. Rasmus has finally found his bromance with Lawrie and i think they will bro out hard in the second half, plus he bats second in an awesome lineup. Michael Young should go, IF you feel like you have to have crawford.

Hard call ..l Plouffe if you think Reyes will stay healthy. Young otherwise.
