I think its tougher than first appears, but I agree with poster above that Cain has the advantage because of a better offense with more win potential.

king felix, no doubt. three year fantasy averages, felix is better. plus felix is more of a k pitcher and his team has some good young hitters so their offense should improve if he doesn't leave in a trade, etc.. so wins should improve.
