I'd say hamels man. Bumgarner is going to be on the giants. Hamels still has prime years left, and I firmly believe that the phils are going to resign him. I know bumgarner has the upside, but projecting him to pitch better then hamels over the next 3 years is difficult in my opinion. He's good, but has a way to prove himself. Hamels is proven. Keep hamels. help me please
