With Lowrie going down and Kubel and Hunter banged up, should I drop Lowrie and pick up LaHair? He'll get some major playing time this week since Chi faces 7 righties out of the next 9 pitchers.
Other options on the wire: Ruggiano, G.Jones, Aoki, Thome (we have both a DH and Util slot), Hafner, Infante (considering picking him up since Ackley has been terrible), Espinosa (same). Any other moves you'd make?

Yeah, Lowrie is a drop at this point since you need the roster space and Tulo should be back in a couple of weeks. LaHair is a good choice, but I like Ruggiano from your list since he's hot and with Stanton out he's going to get lots of PT.

Ackley is worth keeping only if he's on the road and you have the roster spot to keep him on the bench (his Home/Road splits are crazy). Same thing with Infante only better. If you have to have one, it's Infante.

You definitely need OF help, that's just not very good.

And why are you keeping K Rod around? Praying for him to get dealt?

Holy cow, I need to stay away from guys you own, you are cursed.
I am in a 12 team league and owned Infante until the all star break. He was hot, but cooled off last month. (I picked up Walker ). However, i would prefer Infante to Ackley. (Ackley #26 2B in my league Infante is #14)
I am not big on LaHair at all. There is a reason he is platooning. I would rather have Ruggiano, Jones, Aoki, or Thome.
