Your giving up a top 10 OF and top 15 SP and a 2B that can carry a team when hot and drag it down when cold for Kemp. Kemp without a doubt is top 3 in all of fantasy baseball and in every format when healthy. He's not quite healthy yet so I dont think your getting the speed aspect of his game but your getting everything else.
Its a steep price to pay, but when you get the best player in the deal you almost always win. I would pull the trigger for sure if he was healthy. Im a little more hesitant to do it now, but would still do it.

I think you're giving up way too much. See if you can keep Uggla and then I'd consider it more. But, you're giving up way too much for a player that has had a hammy issue.

I havent updated my signature recently. I also have brandon phillips. Thats why i was alright throwing uggla in. Perhaps give up cuddyer or shoo-choo?

You are giving up too much for Kemp in either offer in my opinion. I wouldn't do it.
