Capps or Wilhelmsen

I'm trying to trade a closer and have narrowed it down to either Tom Wilhelmsen or Matt Capps. I know neither are lights out closers and both play for sub-par teams, but I've got a plethora of them, and wouldn't mind trying to shore up some offense or something.

I recently dealt Huston Street in a deal for Wainwright.

I also have Jim Johnson, Chris Perez, Fernando Rodney, Santiago Casilla and Glen Perkins on my team.

Which one of the two should I deal? What could I expect in return (even if it's not much).
