Friend of mine in our league loves Bumgarner. In fact, I stole him and Cutch from him a week or so ago in another trade we did, now he threw out this idea of a trade...not sure it will happen, but interesting to say the least. Would you guys do this?

I would say no way. MadBum and A Jax are the 2 best players in the deal in my opinion ( I know some might say Bruce but he's a bit too streaky for me).
