Beltran for C.J. Wilson?

I need pitching help, and can get C.J. Wilson for Carlos Beltran straight up.

Is Beltran for real, or should I jump all over this?

That is an extremely even deal. If you need the pitching help, go for it. If you have the time, you could try and shop Beltran around for a Greinke or Bumgarner type if you like.
