Nothing special IMO, but it gets Rizzo into your lineup regularly and Hanson is at least better than your bottom 3 SPs on his worst days. I think Cruz turns it around to a certain extent, but I don't know if you can do much better than Hanson straight up right now. Have you shopped Cruz at all?

It is an ok deal. I am not 100% convinced that Hanson will stay healthy the rest of the way so take that into consideration but if it can upgrade your SP without killing your hitting then I think it is a good deal.

Basically my thoughts as well. Straight up I do prefer Cruz. I have a feeling that he's going to get hot soon.

your offense ahs depth and you could use the extra good starter.
