Utility for ROS: Ryan Howard or Ryan Zimmerman? WHIR

i can get ryan howard by giving hellickson...right now zimmerman is on my utility spot, but i wonder who will better for rest of season...please help me choose...WHIR, please leave link

I would just keep Zimmerman and hope he gets healthy. He plays in a much better lineup and I don't like Howard coming back from an Achilles injury. I might consider it if Howard was free, but not if you have to give up a player.
