Keeper Trade Help - WHIR

I am in a 12-team keeper league (keep 6 players) - doing pretty poor this year (I'd have to have an amazing 2nd half to be in contention to even sniff the playoffs). I have enough SS and 3B to deal one. I think I could use upgrade at either OF or P.

I've been offered Desmond Jennings for my Asdrubal, but I am not too keen on it - based on Desmond's play this year. Any other fair trades to be made? I'd be willing to offer HanRam for something (Cole Hammels maybe?) if it makes sense.
