Is he legit? He's starting against KC tonight and the guy i am playing has 5 pitchers going tonight, and I have none (its a yahoo league, so the week is extended instead of shortended).

Can I afford to drop someone (mainly Avilles) and grab him? Is it even worth it for me? I have four pitchers going tomorrow as well.

I just picked this guy up myself, he has looked legit so far. I am using him in my RP spot to get more starters then my opponent.

Quintana's been a fantastic surprise this season, and I'd definitely roll with him against Kansas City. His only bad outing this season has been against the Yanks. He's not going to strike out a ton of guys, but other than that his peripherals are solid (pitching deep into games, few walks, few HR allowed).
