He throws it in to Murphy, who throws to first. Davis steps on first, to double up the runner as if the ball was caught, and then he also tags the runner who was on first before he can return to the base, just to be safe. The umpires convene, rule it was a trap, and now award runners on first and second. Terry Collins ejected. How is the runner on 1st not out after Ike Davis tags him?
Next batter grounds out for 2nd out, which should have been the 3rd out, and of course the next batter drives in 2 runs. Pfft.

even as an owner I have little faith, although hes absolutely carried me this year, I offered him for Ellsbury and it was turned down, and maybe Ill be thankful of that.
Yeah...thinking there might actually be something to that swing change of his. This is more than a prolonged hot streak at this point. Over the last calendar year, he's been one of the top 10 hitters in baseball: http://www.fangraphs.com/leaders.aspx?p ... &sort=17,d

Lind went 4 for 5 with 4 rbi. I replaced him with Ciriaco. Talk about over-managing on my part. Lind started for me last night too with 2 hits. I was hoping for some cheap steals from Ciriaco tonight.
lol at asking Pastornicky to bunt with two strikes on him after he failed the first two times to get it down. You shouldn't even need any baseball logic at all to figure out that was a bad idea.
There are a lot of horrible managers in this league, but Gonzalez is definitely one of the worst.

whats interesting to me is that his babip is lower then anyone above him. Does that mean that his stats may even climb?
