Rate my team - 16 team league

Right now I'm currently in 4th in my 8 team division with a 34-22 record. 5 games back of 1st, its a tough competitive division. We play 4 games per week and there are 22 weeks in the regular season so I need to make a push soon.

Personally I think my team is as good as any in the league. Napoli, Tex and Phillips have let me down a bit and Latos got off to a bad start. I made one trade about 2 weeks ago moving Lance Lynn and Yonder Alonso for Vogelsong and Victorino. So far hasn't worked out for either of us.

So question I have is do I have the horses to compete down the stretch. Is there anything you would do to improve on. Perhaps blow out Volquez and get a Beckett type pitcher on the cheap?
