I'm in a 16-team dynasty league where you keep all your players year to year, it's H2H 6x6 categories (standard 5x5 plus OBP and holds), we start 2 1B and 2 3B. Every team gets a minor league roster of 5 players and every year we have a minor league draft of newly drafted guys and recently signed international prospects (so it's guys like Buxton, Correa, Darvish last year etc.)
I give: Hanley Ramirez, David Wright, Gary Sanchez, Dustin Ackley, Matt Harvey, #2 pick in minor league draft I get: Starlin Castro, Albert Pujols, Mike Moustakas.
Team B gives: Moustakas, Starlin, Pujols, Miguel Montero. Team B gets: Hanley, Brandon Belt, Elvis Andrus, Brian McCan, Dustin Ackley, Matt Harvey, #2 pick.
Team C gives: McCan, Andrus, Belt. Team C gets: Wright, Miguel Montero, Gary Sanchez
My team is: C-Wieters 1B-Miggy(would move to 3rd) 1b-Chris Davis 2b-Ackley 3b-hanley 3b-wright ss-Ruben Tejada(would move to 2b for rest of season) lf-braun cf-bj upton rf-harper of-reddick util-ichiro bench-gordon beckham, ryan roberts, brett wallace, seth smith, soto
pitchers- Bauer, Cain, Pineda, B. Anderson, Felix, Darvish, Arroyo, Neftali, Matusz, Bedard, Pomeranz, Motte, Rafael Soriano, Cishek, Andrew Bailey.
milb-Bundy,Cole,Taillon,Sanchez,Rendon (would hopefully be my 2b of the future)
I know it seems like a lot to give, but I feel like with my crop of pitchers I could afford to lose Harvey, and this year's draft class isn't that great I only like Buxton really but who knows if he'll even be there and I could always trade up later.
Should I do this trade?
BQ: If you said no, would you do it if I also got Mason Wiliams (it would come from team B)?
BBQ: Based on what you know, who would you say makes out the best?
Interesting, I agree team B gets a small army of guys but Hanley's kind of shaky, Ackley hasn't been playing well and his upside really isn't that high, Harvey's a Met which means something will go wrong lol, and I really don''t think the pick is worth all that much this is a really weak draft class.
I think the 3 guys I'm getting are secure (and Wiliams has nice upside), plus I could always flip Pujols for a younger 1b at the end of the year I bet, but at the same time if all the guys I give play to their potential I could be getting taken for a ride.
I dont like your part of this deal. You get Pujols and Castro which is great Moose is good to have too but its like youre selling you farm to get them when you sholdnt have to. If you could get away from giving up your minors part of the deal or at least part of that part of the deal I say go for it.
Keep C Napoli 1 Butler/Davis/Hosmer/Dunn 2 Young/Utley/Zobrist 3 Moustakas SS Bonifacio/E Cabrera OF Grandy/Choo/Reddick/Kubel SP Anderson/C Lee/Oswalt Haren/Moore/A Sanchez RP Soriano/Myers/Johnson/Aceves/Parnell

Thanks for the help on mine. I don't like this deal for you. Pujols is the best player right now, but I'm not sure he's significantly better than Hanley or Wright over the next five, and I'm assuming you're thinking on those timelines given the players involved and your format. You should be able to get more for that haul of players. Good luck!
