Trying to land McCutchen WHIR

H2H 9x9 dynasty salary/contract league. Stats: R 2B 3B HR RBI SB BB K AVG and W L SV HR K HLD ERA WHIP QS.

As the title says, I am trying to trade for Andrew McCutchen. The owner needs pitching. I offered Felix and Dickey for McC but he turned it down. Any suggestions on how to improve my offer without hurting my team? I have a surplus of pitching. Six year contracts are the max allowed and $25M per year is max. I put contract info in parenthesis.

The manager who owns McC is trying to move Pedroia and approached me about King Felix for Pedroia straight up. Pedroia has a five year contract at $15M per year but he is an upgrade over Utley right? Is there a way to make both happen or if not should I go ahead with the Felix for Pedroia trade? I would also ask for the salary differential. Thoughts?
