I mean it looks like youre about above average in SBs and have a lot of high average guys and a lot of low average guys. Your rotation seems awfully weak, but since it is unlimited moves, perhaps streaming SPs wouldnt be a bad option for you.
I think a guy you should attempt to move is Melky Cabrera. Just won the MVP in the all-star game and his crazy good stats right now. If you look at his career numbers and this year's peripherals you'll notice that he is due for a decline, especially in the batting average department. His stock will never be higher than it is right now. Id move him for the best pitcher you can find or someone who can help you in the HR department
It does seem like you can use some more in terms of HRs and RBIs. I dont expect McCutchen to continue this torrid pace so expect a slight decline.
You do not need to carry two catchers at all, thats just a wasted roster space. I think I would actually try trading Carlos Ruiz. Every will probably have a good catcher so target the team that is maybe starting Joe Mauer, J.P. Aerncibia, or like Jesus Montero. You would be able to get much, but it may be better than something on the waiver wire. I really like Perez. Nice pop, and I expect him to move right around the 5 6 spot in the lineup.
Also, Ichiro is droppable at this point. You might want to explore what kind of value he has on the trade market before dumping him though/
