Upgrade at third

I have Ryan Roberts starting at third and Longoria on DL. I can get Middlebrooks or Youkilis.

Other guy wants pitching.
He wants either Wandy Rodriguez or Anibel Sanchez for Middlebrooks.

I have Verlander, Weaver, Jsantana, Burnett, Romero

Currently in first.

Would you trade or Middlebrooks or hope Longoria comes back? Which would you trade?

Wandy for Middlebrooks is fair enough. Youkilis also would be an upgrade over Roberts. Kind of depends on your needs: HR, RBI and a few SBs? Middlebrooks. Runs and OBP? Youk. Their batting averages should be fairly close.

I'm not holding my breath on Longoria. Hammy injuries are tough to come back from, let alone come back from and perform at previous standards. Earliest we'll see him is mid-August, and it wouldn't be surprising at all if he's out into September.
