Who do you guys think will excel in the second half? It can be a rookie, new addition to a rotation, veteran, whoever. I'm looking for names that are most likely on most waiver wires right now.

I'd think Will Myers would be owned even in the small leagues but I'm amazed by some posts FA lists. Any Oak SP pitching at home including Brett Anderson who is probly avail in alot of deeper formats. Starling Marte
Some good names there. But I was mostly looking for Starting Pitchers. Anderson is a favorite of mine, but with his current timetable we may not see him pitch in Oakland until mid August at the very earliest. And I'd say that's being optimistic. He still has to prep in Arizona and get a few rehab starts under his belt. I can't wait on him. Any other names?
