Would I be crazy to trade Cargo/Dunn for Ellsbury and Ian Desmond?

He really wants Cargo and I really want to get rid of Dunn and get Desmond so Im trying to put together a Cargo/Dunn trade for Desmond/?/?

I love Car go... I traded him away and half regret it with the way Upton is hitting. I do not trust Ellsbury quite yet coming off a shoulder injury because that normally takes away from power. I would stay put unless you really need a SS badly... Desmond is due for regression though he normally is a real streaky hitter. I would hold.

Is sale supposed to have an innings cap or no because if he is I would like to unload him.

If Ellsbury was healthy, then I would say it would be worth considering but, taking into account the injury and that his power surge in 2011 is probably a career outlier, I would stay put.

Not a good trade for you. If you traded cargo you would need the same type of guy in return. Hes the core of your team. If your looking for some speed id just shop Dunn around.

I can't see you doing this. I'm not a fan of Ellsbury as the guy can just never stay healthy. When he plays, he's money, but he just can't stay on the field. I would not risk giving up Cargo. I agree with the other post that said Desmond is due for a correction, but why not try to just make a smaller deal for him? Offer him Dunn straight up and see what he comes back with. No need to drag Cargo and Ells into it, unless you really wanted Ells, but as I said, I would much rather have Cargo. Thanks for the help on mine!

DO NOT INCLUDE CARGO IN ANY DEAL.
If you can do Dunn for Desmond I would.
