Is Adam Dunn for Ian Desmond a fair trade? Do people see Ian Desmond keeping up this pace for the rest of the season?

I'm trying to trade Dunn for a 2B/SS to replace K. Johnson. And out Berkman at 1B when he gets back soon.

If not Desmond who would be a good target? Aaron Hill?
