With word that Ackley might be sent down to the minors, should I try to buy Uggla? He's typically a much better player in the second half and given that he's been ice cold the past few weeks, I think I might be able to land him without much of a problem. The Uggla owner has been offering me a few different deals and one of his targets appears to be Upton. So do I offer him Upton for Uggla? I could slide Belt to the OF, or I could pick up a FA like: Ruggiano, Morrison, Murphy (Tex), Aoki, Parra, Brantley, Davis, G.Jones, or Campana. Or, do I keep Upton and just pick up O.Infante off waivers?

I would have no problem whatsoever trading away BJ Upton to get Dan Uggla. Uggla is streaky, for certain, but when he starts mashing, which he will, you're going to want to have him.
I would absolutely try and get Uggla....him slumping right now is actually perfect for you as Uggla is a beast for a 2B and he will turn things around (he always does) so I would def try and make that deal and throw Belt in at OF or I would keep an eye on Aoki as he has been hitting real well....(Belt has dropped off a bit as it also looks like they are messing with his rotation again.
*PS* - Infante was great for a good few weeks and then turned into a bum....would rather have Uggla in there and take a small dip at OF (possibly no dip at all) then have a bum for a 2B and an OF who hasn't lived up to par yet this season!
