I'm taking Trumbo to win the derby. Watched him take BP when the Angels were in town last and it was a hell of a show. He must have hit at least 5-6 into the 2nd deck.
What are the chances Archer gets called up again? Right now Cobb is the 5th guy, right? From a quick look at Cobb's stats it looks like he is only a blow up or two away from getting sent back down. Is Niemann coming back anytime soon?
Here's the pitch on the way, a swing and a belt! Left field! Way back! BLUE JAYS WIN!
Not really ASB related, but with the umpire shenanigans and the current 4 day break, Zack Greinke is scheduled to start his third consecutive game for the Brewers on Friday. When was the last time anybody started 3 consecutive games for his team?

In modern day era? Probably never. How would one go about looking that up?

I understand Greinke was mad at himself, but when was the last time someone spiked a ball on the ground like that and didn't get tossed? That was just stupid to begin with. Could have cost him an extra base. Can't really blame the umps for not knowing Greinke was mad at himself.
If I were a Dodger Fan or Kemp owner I'd be nervous about him participating in the Home Run Derby. Pretty much nothing means less than the home run derby and you've got an all star coming off an injury participating? Why risk it?
