Weiters for Shields

Just got offered Matt Weiters for my James Shields. Is this a good trade? It seems a little off to me, but I really have no catcher to mention.

My team right now looks like:
C: Barajas
1B: M Cabrera
2B: Infante
3B: Wright
SS: Escobar, Tejada
OF: Rios, Fowler, Hart
DH: Beltre
Util : Soriano


SP: Hudson, Shields, Zimmerman, Morrow, Vargas Norris, Dickey
