Trade J. Upton for Wainwright - WHIR

I'd be giving up Justin Upton and getting back Wainwright. Upton has been brutal and I have decent depth at OF right now. Wainwright has taken his bumps this season, but I think he may be coming back from TJ and poised for a solid second half. Would you do it?

OF - Upton, Heyward, Rasmus, Craig, Morse, Crawford
Util - Konerko
DL - VMart

SP - Hamels, Cain, Hellickson, Parker, Bauer, Worley (I've lost Beachy, Luebke and McCarthy which is why this trade may go down)
RP - Casilla, Clippard

I think you could get more for Upton than Wainwright...Though not sure if he has anything else to offer you along with Adam...I just recently traded Upton and some other pieces and got Kemp, if that says anything...all depends on how much value Upton has to someone else...mine was also in a keeper league

Not bad but Upton should command a bit better return IMO.

Wainwright is still not at where he was before tommy john. You can get more with Justin Uptons name alone. I would rather try Craig or Morse to get Wainwright. I think Upton is going to have a good second half.

Thanks for the help guys. I actually didn't do the deal, but instead went with a 2:1 for Cliff Lee. He cost me Konerko and Crawford. Not bad I suppose. I have to drop a player soon anyhow with Crawford coming off the DL (whenever his groin is better).
