Trade Kipnis for Yovanni Gallardo?

I need some starting pitching and I can't get anyone to offer any higher SP. Should I trade Kipnis for him or go after a closer?

Think you could get Gallardo for Hill? I don't see Gallardo being great this year because of his WHIP and I think you should get more for Kipnis.
