Hey guys I was wondering if you could look at my team and see and ways of upgrading any one position. I know I need starting pitching and I want to target an ace but the kids in my league are holding onto those aces pretty tight and I can not get a budge. Any lower tier pitchers that would be good to target? and if so who could i offer. Or is there any other place in my lineup that could use an upgrade that you could see? I am looking to trade before Crawford comes back off the DL which will be right after the All-Star break. Any and all help is really appreciated. WHIR
That one Streamer spot is for this week because Pedroia went on the DL and Haren went on the DL I had an extra spot to stream a pitcher to try and win quality starts and Ks this week. There are enough waiver wire guys to pick up so that is what I am going to do after this week is over... leaning toward Cameron Maybin to pick up... had 28 steals in last years second half and changed his swing mechanically and has looked better since.

You're lineup is pretty stacked I'd say. You could take a down grade in the OF and probably not feel it too much (I suggest trading Gordon or Holliday, but expect to get more for Holliday than Gordon).
Some mid level pitchers that you might be able to trade for:
Matt Harrison
Kyle Lohse
Jason Hammel
Scott Diamond
Mark Buehrle
Hiroki Kuroda
These aren't aces, but they've winnig pitchers or help in the ERA/WHIP catagory since Lester, Gallardo, and Wainwright all currently have ERAs/WHIPs higher than what you were probably expecting when you picked them up.

Tell me about it. I drafted Lincecum in the 5th round. I just gave up on him last week.

I gave up him and Brandon Philips for Omar Infante and Gio Gonzalez. Been happy with the results so far.

Yeah, He's killing it since he moved from the AL to the NL. Lincecum is probably going to bounce back, but I just couldn't wait any longer.

Right he probably will. But a full year of Gio is better then possibly half of an OK lincecum...
