Depends on the number of teams in your league I would think. This team seems solid, especially in the infield. With Pierre, you'll be able to do well in steals, and you've got some power with Maggs and Edmonds. I'm not a big fan of Randy Winn, and Everett may slow down as the season progresses.

Your SP is talented, but there's a lot of risk for injury, especially with your top guys: RJ and Maddux. You might need one more top-20 SP instead of the all of the 2nd/3rd tier pitchers you've got right now.
