I have Bauer in two leagues:
10 team points league, redraft
10 team H2H league, keeper (keep 5)
Would you drop Bauer for Fiers in either league?

I would sit tight for right now and watch Bauers next start. If he doest do well against the dodgers than drop him for Fiers.
