He's been amazing, a pure 5x5 stud and I picked him up around the same time you did also.

Interesting stat of the night:
Mark Buerhle got 8 Ks in today's game vs. the Brewers, giving him 7,7 and 8 Ks in his last 3 starts. The only time he's ever had 7 Ks or more in 3 straight starts in his career is never, until now.

I hate Alex Rios! Drafted him in 2009 only to get screwed, then watched him rebound nicely in 2010. I decided to forgive him and redrafted him in 2011......Never again

Haha, I was the complete opposite. Had him in 2010, sadly watched him struggle in 2011, and got him again (in all 3 leagues) in 2012. At this rate, I am staying away next year and getting him in 2014.

Ian Desmond is just being a stud this year. I expected good things from him this year but dang, he's one of the top SS options out there right now IMO

If a leadoff guy in a pitchers' park has more HR and RBI in the second half than a No. 3 hitter of Rizzo's caliber in a hitters' haven, I'll personally ship you a Chicago deep dish.

I've learned to never start a pitcher against Atlanta (or St. Louis) -- asking for trouble. :-{

Indeed. Easily one of the biggest surprise successes of the season so far.

One of the worst calls at 1B I have ever seen in the CIN/SD game. It blows my mind how some of these umps make it to the big leagues...
