Jake Westbrook
Carlos Villanueva
Luke Hochevar?

I'd go with Morales first...but you will have to stream as he might lose playing time later on.
Then I'd go with Hochevar as he has solid K/9.
A couple of others I would check and stream would be Jarrod Parker and Niese.
