The Mets at some point in the next month, are expected to execute plans to pitch R.A. Dickey more often.

This is something I never understood, and always do in my Android baseball sim. Teams generally have an off day about once per week. Pitchers used to pitch, without pitch counts, every four days, so why can't 5th starters be skipped every time there is an off day? It would especially make sense if your 5th starter is gone for the year, and you have a bunch of AA/AAA guys that are totally unproven in the majors you have to choose from. This would give your team an inherent advantage in getting your ace as many starts as possible while never starting him on short rest.
my 16 team league has 4 OF spots and I have been starting Michael Brantley most of the season. he's done pretty well, but only 1 HR all season coming into today. so today I decided to start newly picked up Justin Ruggiano (along with Choo/Quentin/THunter and CDavis at UT) and what does Brantley do, 3 RBI HR. FML. I've been thinking about trading Brantley for an OF that gives me more power, so maybe this can help his trade value even if it didn't help my stats today.
