I sounds very fair to me. Not sure of the context (what is the league size/format, etc.) but seems like it would be pretty well balanced in almost any situation.

As said by the guy before me we don't know the context of the trade. It does seem fair however.

Yup. And at this point of the season it starts becoming less about overall value and more about needs. I view Wainwright/Johan as a wash. I'm not real crazy about either guy in the 2nd half, though Wainwright as more upside. Then it comes down to saves vs average. Prado/Clippard is basically a wash as well.
