Braun for Dickey and Victorino?

Postby tommo » Tue Jul 03, 2012 11:22 am

12 Team H2H Weekly Points league. I feel like I could afford to deal Braun if I am getting back Victorino and have Craig and Cespedes on my bench. I really think I could use another pitcher, and they're very hard to acquire in this league because they're valuable. Dickey currently has 333 points just to give you guys an idea, while Braun is sitting at 271. What do you guys think?

No deal for me. Dickey has been great and Victorino is solid but if I am going to trade a hitter like Braun then I want a stud SP in return. Dickey's value is too high for me and expect some regression from him in the second half. I would rather go after Felix Hernandez or even Adam Wainwright, guys who have been top pitchers in the past but are struggling a little right now.

No way I trade Braun for that. Braun is quite possibly the best OF in the league and a top 5 fantasy player. Personally I would try to move Upton if you wanted to deal a big bat for some pitching. Is this a keeper league? If so, then absolutely do not make this deal.
