I am in desperate need for steals, and I need to get rid of Rasmus because I have Kemp on my DL. Which side would you chose?
I can also afford to lose Capuano because I have JJohnson, Greinke, Baeuer, Bumgarner, Hammell, Burnett, Moore, Becket, and Lincecum as my starting pitching.
If you need steals that bad you could get them off free agency easily instead of trying to trade for them. I do like the trade though but more in a keeper league because of how good Trout is and going to be for his career. Anyone you are able to drop for speed if you need it that bad?

I only have Craig and Middlebrooks to drop. Trout is ranked the number one player in fantasy baseball over the last 3 weeks, and it seems like I might be getting a steal. Capuano has been slowing down as well.
Yeah I am saying I would personally probably do it. I think trout is leigt. Beltre is great and Rasmus could regress to how he was in the beginning of the season. Personally I would do it, but do not just base it on my decisions wait for a few more responses haha

well Arod is quietly having an ok year and Beltre is well himself. This is tough in a non keeper age ain't so much a factor. In a keeper you'd have to do this to get Trout for sure.
But in a redraft....well....Rasmus I won't no part of for ROS. Cappy I always liked him as a back end starter...
But in a nutshell I would take Arod and Trout.
