No probs on offense really, though I'd start benching Belt since Young seems to finally be catching fire. Your pitching does have some major holes. I love the top 2 guys. Mad Bum is great and Wainwright seems to finally be finding his form (Be very patient with him, he's a top-15 pitcher when healthy). I really don't like any of your closers except for Cook. Reed's peripherals aren't pretty, Valverde is literally Russian Roulette in closer form, and Aceves won't have that job after the All-Star break. Try looking for Cheap saves, guys like Tom Wilhelmsen (SEA), Casey Janssen (TOR), or even Jared Burton/Glen Perkins (MIN). Also, if they are on your wire, try guys like Andrew Bailey (BOS) and Drew Storen (WAS) who should reclaim their jobs soon.

In terms of your starters, again, the top 2 are great, and then... well, the wheels kinda come off. Bauer is a nice high upside guy and is definitely a fine choice (I have him in a bunch of my leagues as well). Peavy is the type of guy you should sell high on. His health is always a question, and IDK if he can keep this ridiculous rates up. I would try and deal him + a closer or Chris Younger for a better SP or some high tier closers (Soriano, Frieri, Nathan, etc.). If you look to deal for an SP, I'd try Young + Peavy for someone in the top 10-15 range (Price, Sabathia (while he's hurt, you may be able to get something a little extra), etc.). Who knows, maybe you can net Cliff Lee for that. Use your judgement to make the offer. I'd also pick up Andrew Cashner. Like Bauer, he's a high upside strikeout guy with great K potential. Great way to help boost our stats.

I think you need to try package one or two of your starters to upgrade. Like said above, your top two are great, but other than that you're pretty lacking. If possible, I might even look to move a guy like belt while he still is coming off a hot streak in order to get some value for him. Think Belt and a lower tier starter or releiver for a mid level number one pitcher for a team. Definitely look to buy low. Maybe a Dan Haren type? I'm pretty sure he can turn it around. Moral of the story though, just scan the WW And look to Buy Low on starters who could turn it around and be a bonafide ace in the second half.
