Pick up Perez or Rosario? 12 team h2h league, standard cate

Hey and thank you for checking out this post. So my catcher in a 12 team league is Carlos Santana so I am going to pick up a new catcher. I am dropping Wei Yin Chen, to pick up either Perez or Rosario. It's hard to say with such small sample sizes for each player, Perez will hit for higher average but Rosario has much more power it seems. Thanks for the help. The rest of my team is as follows:
