Advice on a Trade for Bumgarner?

I was offered a trade in which I give away Dan Uggla and Ryan Vogelsong for Madison Bumgarner. This is a H2H league. Here's my roster!

You'd be overpaying and you don't need pitching. Uggla is a second half monster too, so I'm not sure I'd move him. Your team looks solid, how are you doing? With that team I bet your near the top or your league.
