12 team, H2H, 5x5, non-keeper
Lynn has been awful recently. I knew his hot start couldn't last, but is he even worth keeping anymore. Also, I've had Storen sitting in my DL spot since the beginning of the season, but Clippard is lights out and may have a grip on the closer role. I could put McCarthy into the DL spot.
WW options are pretty thin:
Anibal Sanchez, Brandon McCarthy (DL), Gavin Floyd, Phil Hughes
C - Ruiz
1B - Fielder
2B - Kinsler
3B - Miggy
SS - A Cabrera
OF - Hamilton
OF - Bruce
OF - Beltran
DH - A Rod
BN - B Butler
BN - M Aviles
BN - A Jackson
BN - M Morse
SP - Strasburg
SP - Cueto
SP - J Santana
SP - M Moore
SP - L Lynn
SP - Oswalt
SP - Garza
SP - Dempster
SP - T Bauer
RP - Clippard
RP - Putz
RP - Axford
DL - Storen

Don't give up on Lynn yet, it's only a few rough outings and the stats he put up prior to that are too good to give up on him so soon. As far as Storen goes, that's a different story. According to this article:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/nationals-journal/post/tyler-clippard-to-remain-nationals-closer-even-when-drew-storen-returns-from-injury/2012/06/24/gJQAtAamyV_blog.html, Clippard is going to stay the closer even after Storen's return. If I were you, I'd drop Storen, grab Mccarthy, and throw him on the DL. He should be back shortly after the all-star break. Closers seem to pop up all the time as teams shuffle their bullpen, so even in the worst case scenario where Clippard starts to lose it, you shouldn't be without a closer for long.

Drop Storen, but not Lynn. Every pitcher has a rough stretch. Lynn has been dominant longer than he's been bad.

You'd have to drop someone in order to put McCarthy on the DL if you drop Storen right? I'd hold onto Storen though, as well as Lynn.

I agree with previous posters that Lynn is worth holding on to. However, get rid of Storen. Saves are pretty easy to come by. Closers get hurt and go through rough spells and you can pick guys up that can give you a few saves here and there (think Dale Thayer, Steve Cishek, Bobby Parnell).
Good luck
