I'd definitely accept that trade as you could use an upgrade at catcher and Posey is a stud. It also looks as though you could use another starting pitcher and Grienke is tempting.

no way jose. Next year Trout will be a 1st round pick. He is a 5 stat guy and could be the fastest player in mlb. No way im trading him unless someone like votto is in the deal. Maybe you can improve your C position wiithout trading Trout. I drafted avila in alot of leagues but he is long gone on my teams. Even a WW pickup like rosario would be an improvement over avila right now. good luck.

thanks, avila can't stay healthy this year and isn't getting any playing time. So you think my pitching is set?

It means Will Help In Return.
To be fair, Trout will never have more value than what he does right now. Hes not going to keep batting .344, I can promise you that. He doesnt hit for much power, but he fills up every other category.
But I decline this. Looks like you need 2b and you probably would lose steals every week, assuming this is a h2h categories league.
Castro/Trout combo gets you steals pretty much every week. Getting Posey helps but not sure how much of an upgrade Posey is as catchers dont play every day.
I dont do it

Pitching looks pretty good i think. wainwright/johnson have underperformed but both seem fine to me. Personally i dont like beckett so if i was gonna try and trade a pitcher of yours id trade beckett or Johnson. Johnson might not be smart to trade unless you find someone that loves him. If you were going to try and package with a bat, id go with beckett and kubel, Quinten or longoria. Package 2 and try to get a C/Pitcher. Longoria/beckett could be a good idea actually. Alot of longoria lovers and he is overvalued by almost everyone in my opinion.

7hrs in 200ab is decent power. He would be looking at 20/60 with average. If you have watched him, he is hitting everything. Its shocking at how good he is hitting non-fastballs. Not saying he will stay at .350 but i certainly see him being a .300 hitter.

To put it into perspective, I got Ryan Braun for Trout, pretty much straight up with a few non essential players involved. You can get more for Trout.
help me?
