I have been offered Adrian Gonzalez for Adam Jones...Not sure what to do, as I know Agone has had great seasons, but Jones is also entering him prime as too has improved each year...
He also has Hanrahan, Garza and Johan who interest me, to add to a counter offer.
Thanks for the help and please leave a link so I can help you!
10 Team H2H (5x5, OBP replaces AVG), keeper (we keep 6) Possible keeper have * by their name. My team: C- Posey* 1B - Miggy* 2B - Kipnis* SS - Andrus 3B - Prado OF - JUpton* OF - Braun* OF - AJones* U - Pence U - Rasmus
I like Gonzalez over Jones, even if he isn't proving his worth as of yet. However, that may work to your advantage at this point. See if you can net some pitching help for this year with Garza or Santana in a Jones deal. Worth a shot, especially if the other guy really wants Jones.
You guys are crazy, id never ever trade jones for agon. Ever. In a keeper its not even a question. Wanna see something cool? Watch old videos of ken griffey jr swing the bat. Then watch some video of adam jones. You do this and you will know why you keep jones.

I prefer the track record and line-up of A-Gone over time. However, if Adam Jones really is THIS good, then I don't know. Before the season, it's a no-brainer for A-Gone. Now, it's hard to move Jones. The fact that you have Miggy at 1B, allows you to "roll the dice" that Jones really is this good and is going to have better long-term value. If you needed a big-time CI, then I'd be more inclined to look at A-Gone here.
Now, if you can turn this into a tasty 2-for-1, then I'd be even more inclined. How bad does this guy want Jones?!
I am not sure how bad the guy wants Jones, but he is in 1st place...He has a ton of pitching I could use, (Garza, Hanrahan, Johan, CJ Wilson, JWeaver), so based on the responses I have gotten...Could I do a 2 for 2 deal, using Oswalt, Cahill, Worley or Hellickson? If so, what SP should I try for from his team to make it Agone and SP for Jones and SP to upgrade my SP.

You mean the track record before he was traded to the sox? The first place guy is obv trying to cash in on the small heater agon has had since bobby-V called him out but he has been aweful all year and even back to when he was traded to the sox. He is dying to get rid of agon and its his perfect chance. He just needs to find a sucker.
