Use #4 waiver on Morse? WHIR!

Somebody dropped Morse and I'm tempted to pick him up. I currently have the #4 waiver so not even sure if I can land him, but is he worth burning the #4 waiver on or should I stand pat? Any suggestions on who to drop for him? I have a couple of ideas, but just looking for some other input on the matter. Also note that my league does count holds, though I have punted them the last couple of weeks...so I may need to make a move to get back into that category as well.

In a 10-team H2H 6x6 format counting R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OBP and W, K's, SVs, Holds, ERA, WHIP.

I was leaning towards Aviles. Have any reasoning/insight you could share as to why Kendrick before Aviles?

Drop Kendrick, get Morse. Kendrick has no power and no steals this year, even in an improved Angels lineup. I'd hold Aviles, he's got pretty good positional utility. Looks like you also have the luxury of not starting Morse should he not heat up immediately. As far as "burning" the waiver priority, that's no sweat - #4 isn't that high.
