Trade for pitching??

My team is really struggling right now and I feel like it's my pitching letting me down with CC and Felix not as dominant this year. Should I target more pitching or stand pat in hopes that they turn it around? If so, who should I use as trade bait....AGon, Upton, ARod. I'd like to package someone with say Romero for a stud....maybe a David Price?

On another note, I might could pry away Lincecum but not sure if he'll bounce back. Should I go after him with say A-Rod?
