I have two offers available, Justin Verlander and Anthony Rizzo or Verlander and Chad Billingsley for Stephen Strasburg and James Shields, do I pull the trigger? Here is my roster:

Verlander & Bills looks enticing if we really knew about Strasburg's IP limit. I'd be more likely to take the risk if I needed to gain a good amount of ground. If I were contending I would keep Verlander and drop Bills for just about anyone else.
