Drop or trade Infante,Zobrist,Cespedes,Goldsmith,orCYoung

A couple weeks ago my 1st round pick (Tulo) went down and I slipped from 1st to 2nd in my 12 team Yahoo ROTO standard 5x5 league and things looked bleak.
Now I picked up Middlebrooks and I had stashed Bauer who will finally be starting this week and I am feeling stoked!

My question is who do I try to shop from my offense? And what to shoot for in return. I need the most help with ERA, WHIP, and K's. I think adding an additional arm would be great.

I feel like Infante, Zobrist, Cespedes, Goldsmith, and Young are all movable/droppable.
1. Which would get the most return for a trade straight up for a pitcher? (target suggestions?)
2. Which would be the most droppable? (And would you drop any of them for guys on the ww)

with 2b so thin, you should be able to move him

Would Zobrist for Matt Moore, Justin Masterson, Wainwright, Pettite, Lohse, Hughes, or Volquez be worth it?
I get the help with the extra arm, but replace Zobrist with CYoung at my Util spot. CYoung has so much talent I imagine he will come around to how he was playing before his injury at some point. If not I have BGardner waiting in the wings.
